Description:

The annual output of 200,000 tons of fully automatic premixed mortar production line is a large dry mixed mortar production equipment with a packaging output of 10 tons per hour. The bulk is 30 tons per hour. Different installation specifications of the production line equipment can be customized according to the customer's site requirements. The annual output of 200,000 tons of ready-mixed mortar production line can be added with crushing system and drying system as needed. The equipment is highly intelligent, and the man-machine dialogue is simple. While improving the efficiency, the unit energy consumption and labor expenditure are reduced.

Main composition of dry mortar production line:

1. Raw material warehouse:	The dry-mixed mortar is used for storing cement, fly ash, etc., and is pumped pneumatically by a pump truck, without the need for a lifting device. A dust collector is installed at the top of the warehouse to protect the working environment. The pneumatic arching device of the cone part can effectively prevent the cement and fly ash from arching and ensure smooth flow metering.
2. Sanding device:	It is used to dry wet sand. The system includes hot blast stove, dryer, sifter, dust collector, conveyor, hoist and other equipment.
3. Batching device:	It consists of hopper weighing scale, feeding Snapdragon, discharge device and control system. It can automatically measure different raw materials according to the formula, reduce labor intensity and environmental pollution, and ensure the quality of dry-mixed mortar products.
4. Mixer:	The dry mortar machine has the requirements of mixing, uniformity, no dead angle, high efficiency, wear resistance and fast discharge speed. The gravity-free mixer is ideal for use in the dry mortar industry.
5. Finished packaging:	The finished packaging can be packed in bags, ton bags and bulk according to customer needs.
6. Dust collector:	It is used for recycling dust in the production line of 200,000 tons of ready-mixed mortar, which is good for environmental protection. Generally, a pulse bag type dust remover is used, and the dust remover has reliable operation, high dust removal efficiency and convenient maintenance.
7. Control system:	It adopts computer and PLC control, and the operation is intuitive. The formula can be adjusted randomly, the control is precise, and the error can be automatically corrected.

Application:
